Do you have indoor seating?
We do have an indoor option which is 24' x 72'. We call it "The Ballroom" our newest addition to our venue. It comes with a full kitchen.
What happens if it rains on my event date?
Rain or shine, we got you covered! Included with all our packages are two 10'x20' tents to provide coverage between the barn and the cedar pavilion. The Ballroom is available for indoor ceremony or reception.
Is the ceremony and reception held at the same place?
No, we have an open air ceremony area tucked in a grove of trees with a large double brown doors to make an entrance. The signature red barn is located in the outdoor reception area. The Ballroom is available for indoor reception or ceremony as well.

How many guests can I invite?
All our packages allow for up to 175 guests.
Does it include tables, chairs, and linens?
We include all the tables and chairs for both indoor or outdoor reception area. For the ceremony, we have white benches. We do not provide linens but do have some for rent. Measurements for table and chairs available are to the right.
Do you have a full size kitchen?
"The Ballroom" has a kitchen available with 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, and refrigerator. The Red barn has a full size refrigerator, prep sink, and a large white ice chest.
Do you provide a pa or audio speaker system?
We currently do not provide a pa system, but do have a stereo in the barn that has an auxillary/bluebooth capabilities.
How many dressing areas do you have available?
We have "The Loft" located above the barn, which has multiple vanities and is large enough for most bridal parties to get ready in and has a beautiful view of the reception area. We also have "The Den", which is a smaller mini barn located beside our signature red barn with a full length mirror, and multiple seating areas.
Does it have heating or air conditioning?
The signature red barn, bathroom, "The Loft", "The Den", and "The Ballroom" have air conditioning and electric heaters available. We also have 4 Patio Heaters available for rent.
How many bathrooms does the venue have?
We have 2 bathrooms in the barn and 2 bathrooms outside the barn.
Do you have a designated parking area?
Yes, we have a large lighted designated parking area and an overflow parking area as well.
Are you required to use our preferred caterer?
No restrictions or surcharges. You are allowed to use your own caterer, food truck, smoker, or family cooking. We have vendors that are familiar with our location. Click on our Vendors page for their info and to get pricing.
What about alcohol?
You are required to utilize our preferred bartending staffing professionals to serve the alcohol. You are allowed to purchase any type of alcohol you want including kegs, except for glass beer bottles or serving straight shots. This will allow you to have a great and friendly customer service experience, as well as have all the legal requirements ( TABC license and liability insurance ) that our venue requires.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is $500 or $300 depending on package purchased and is refundable. The deposit is used to secure your date or dates (depending on if you have a rehearsal scheduled), locks in the current pricing, and is held for damage the day of your event. After your day this is refunded to you. If you have to cancel prior to 120 days, you do get half minus 5% processing fee refunded to you. After 120 days your deposit is forfeited.
