Do you have indoor seating?
This is an outdoor venue. Our signature red barn does have wooden tables and chairs inside to seat 24. We also have a Covered Cedar Pavilion that is 20' by 22' and has a cement slab.
Is the ceremony and reception held at the same place?
No, we have an open air ceremony area tucked in a grove of trees with a large double brown doors to make an entrance. We also have an additional covered white tent area accented in drapes, chandeliers, pillars and wooden deck.

What is the price?

How many guests can I invite?
All our packages allow for up to 175 guests.
Does it include tables, chairs, and linens?
We include all the tables and chairs for the reception (seating includes tables and chairs from barn, folding chairs and tables, picnic tables and benches). For the ceremony, we have 175 white chairs available for the open ceremony area. The covered alternate ceremony area will seat 80-100 people, for rainy or extremely hot & sunny days. We do not provide linens. Measurements for all items provided are to the right.
Do you have a full size kitchen?
No, but we do have a full size refrigerator, prep sink, and 2 large white ice chests.
Do you provide a pa or audio speaker system?
We do not provide a pa system, but do have a stereo in the barn that has an auxillary/bluebooth capabilities. A speaker is in the barn, one outside, and one in "The Loft"
How many dressing areas do you have available?
We have "The Loft" located above the barn, which has multiple vanities and is large enough for most bridal parties to get ready in and has a beautiful view of the reception area. We also have "The Den", which is a smaller mini barn located beside our signature red barn with a full length mirror, and multiple seating areas.
Does it have heating or air conditioning?
The signature red barn, bathroom, "The Loft" and "The Den" have air conditioning and electric heaters available. We also have 4 Patio Heaters available for rent.
How many bathrooms does the venue have?
We have 4 bathrooms available.
Do you have a designated parking area?
Yes, we have a large lighted designated parking area.
Are you required to use our preferred caterer?
You are allowed to use your own caterer, food truck, smoker, or family cooking. We have vendors that are familiar with our location. Click on our Vendors page for their info to get pricing.
What about alcohol?
You are required to utilize our preferred bartender to serve the alcohol. You are allowed to purchase any type of alcohol you want including kegs. This will allow you to have a great and friendly customer service experience, as well as have all the legal requirements (TABC license and liability insurance) that our venue requires.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is $500. This secures your date or dates (depending on if you have a rehearsal scheduled), locks in the current pricing, and is held for the day of your event for damages. After your day this is refunded to you in 5 - 7 business days. If you have to cancel prior to 90 days, you do get a $250 refund. After 90 days your deposit is forfeited.
